Admin Calendar

The Admin Calendar screen is the main screen for the administrators. 

1. Colored Categories - At first glance, you can determine the different types of appointments scheduled by the color.  Each color identifies a different type of appointment.

2. Comments Indicator - This indicator identifies a comment has been entered on the Appointment screen.

3. Multiple Appointments - As the administrator, you can schedule more than one appointment for a given time slot.

4. Daily Appointments - The Daily Appointments indicator identifies the number of appointments scheduled for the selected day.
