Client Schedule
The
Client Schedule is the screen that your patients or clients will use to
schedule appointments. The blue blocks indicate that a particular time
slot is closed. Once a patient or client schedules an appointment,
that time slot changes to blue.
1. Open Time Slot - A red underlined time indicates an open time
slot. Click the underlined link to open an Appointment screen which is
used to schedule an appointment.
2. Resource Tabs - Each resource as a tab that is used to display the
schedule for a selected day. Click the resources name to switch
between resources.
3. Calendar - Select a day from the calendar to display a list of
open time slots for the selected day.
4. Disclaimer - The customized disclaimer describes what a patient or
client should do if there is not a particular time slot that is convenient. |
